Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Roll SmartR. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Roll SmartR.

Who can use Roll SmartR

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens on your account.

Training & health disclaimer

Roll SmartR is a journal, not a coach, doctor or physio. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other combat sports carry a real risk of injury. Drills, game plans and any other suggestions in the app are general information only and may not suit your body, level or situation.

• Always train under a qualified instructor and follow your gym's rules.
• Talk to a medical professional before starting training and if you're injured or unwell.
• Stop and tap early. Never practise submissions or techniques you haven't been taught safely.

You train at your own risk. You're responsible for deciding what's safe for you.

AI-generated content

Organised notes and game plans are created automatically by AI from what you type. They can be incomplete, inaccurate or misunderstand what you meant. Check them yourself and don't rely on them as professional advice.

Your content

You own the notes and photos you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run Roll SmartR for you (for example organising your notes, or showing your display name and photo on the leaderboard if you choose). You confirm you have the right to upload anything you add.

Acceptable use

Don't use Roll SmartR to:

• post offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonating display names or photos;
• harass anyone or share other people's private information;
• break the law, or try to hack, overload, scrape or misuse the service or its limits;
• fake activity to manipulate the leaderboard.

We can remove content, reset streaks, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Limits & changes to the service

Features like daily log limits may change. We can update, pause or stop any part of Roll SmartR at any time. We try to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, so keep your own copy of anything important.

No warranty

Roll SmartR is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roll SmartR and the people behind it are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your training, your use of the app, or reliance on any content in it, including AI-generated suggestions. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Profile. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know in the app. If you keep using Roll SmartR after that, you accept the new terms.
